Our main objectives are Document Management , Data Processing & Catalouging. --Document Management : Reliable, timely completion of all data entry, word processing and transcription projects. --Data Processing : Secure, accessible document processing, scanning, archiving. --Catalouging : Managing and Setting up given information about the documents in spreadsheets and entering it in a specified format suggested by the client. We can utilize sophisticated matching tools to make sure the data we send you is not already in your existing database. Or, we can purge your current database of duplicates. We will also make sure that there won't be any duplicate entries. Pricing: For the majority of the projects we work on, our fees range from 3 cents to 50 cents per data record. However, fees depends on the fields present per record. A "record" is generally comprised of all the fields identified by the client as representing a complete, identifiable string of information. In some cases, all the information on each source document represents a "record" (e.g. enrollment forms), and in others each entry in a listing can constitute a record. Data Quality : Making sure the data entered for each and every project is accurate and complete is our top priority. The data we process will be always kept very confidential. We accept your raw data in Image format, soft copy (Floppy Disc,Compact Disc) , keyed online or if nessesary you can mail it to us. We will process it and and send it back to you either in soft copy, email or compressed format. Your mailed documents will be promptly sent back to you once finished. Raw data format can be discussed time to time as it can be in various form.
