I have been working on a Call Center for more than 8 years. During that time, I developed impeccable phone manners and ability to politely deal with dissatisfied customers. I learned to do multi-tasking and open to new ideas which can help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives. My duties at my previous company are to provide one call resolution, provide excellent customer service by resolving their problem and upselling extra services. Also, I need to pass Net Promoter Survey and monthly Score cards. On the other hand, as a Customer Care I used to assist employees to enroll on a particular set of benefits they need to get for a year including changing, cancelling, and adding dependents, educate employees about benefits, health approaches, and importance of wellness in the workplace, educate employees regarding their disability and long term care. Furthermore, I had been an English Teacher for Koreans that includes reading, communication and grammar.
