This team has a project manager who are very friendly and love to please customer: I have great experiences with him. However, for unknown reason, they keep giving empty promises and each time it pushes delivery date for days if not weeks, as a result, their original promise of two weeks are far from reality: as of Dec. 19 PST, we are 2.5 months into the project and it's far from being completed. Again, when they mention they will get "all things" done, it usually doesn't mean much since I have to do the "QA" for them only to find many bugs. For a $500 project, I have made cash payment of $250 and have not seen anything usable. If you need a reliable and capable team, think again, very very carefully. I have dealt with many overseas' team, they are the most friendly people, but the least productive. Sigh. What a mistake from my end!!
