Brain tumor Detection using Masked R-CNN
In this project classification and localization of brain tumor from MRI Images is done using Masked R-CNN as a object detector. Masked R-CNN not only detect the bounding box of the object of interest but also perform instance segmentation as well which will generate object mask. MRI images of brain containing tumor is classified, detected and segmented.
