Wattmeter with wireless communication
This project was developed for the Green Campus contest, and consists of a power meter capable of measuring the energy consumption of electrical equipment. The energy measured is sent wirelessly to a receiver, connected to a computer, and with a developed application is possible to view the energy and power consumed by the equipment in real time and plot a graph relative to a period of time. The application also allows controlling of the power supplied to the equipment being measured, through a solid state relay, and it can display the temperature of the equipment with a temperature sensor built-in in the wattmeter
