Chromatography device is used to separate the mixed compounds.
The device is running on Linux OS. It had few controller boards, which take input from and responds to Linux process.

We were working on application part and also take care of Linux OS. Linux Applications was using shared memory to communicate between different processes, process the data from different controller board and send it to UI for plotting graph and other use.
The HW, application was communicating include UV light reader, RFID sensor etc.
