Flip Your Lid is best known for it's creative approach to animation and graphics design, with advertising and promo campaigns for entertainment industry giants including Disney, Fox, Universal, 20th Century Fox, NBC, CBS, Turner Broadcasting, Encore, Paramount, Sony and A&E. The team has brought their talent and experience to a wide variety of projects: Ride films for Disney's Theme Park division, a 3D character animation for a prime time network series, and producing, directing and animating Goofy, Donald, and Pluto for the Disney Club. Flip has also created the animated corporate logos seen on the front of motion pictures for Paramount, Universal and 20th Century Fox. The range of projects extends to main titles including the 2D/3D animated "Honey, I Shrunk the Kids" for the television series as well as promo campaigns for CBS and interstitials for Saban and the Family Channel.

He has directed over 80 episodes of Flash animation for Paramount Digital, Universal Cartoons, Atomic Films and Urban Entertainment. Some of Jay's accomplishments include having produced and directed the corporate studio logo ID's for: Paramount Pictures logo, Universal's 75th Anniversary logo, 20th Century Fox logo and RKO Pictures.
