This is a Helpdesk application I wrote utilizing ASP.NET (c#), AJAX, Javascript and Crystal Report. The application dynamically auto-assign cases log to the Helpdesk to the Technician with the least amount of cases using a algorithm in the background. It notifies Technicians by email when a case is assign to them and also clients when a case is completed. It allows for cases to be escalated if they are not completed within the specified time frame.
