How we Start a Project?

You can begin a project with just asking us questions like "Can you develop a system
that..."
or "Do you have people who know how to..." and so on. Art n Designs’ and its partners’ IT
analysts and software architects will approach you to learn as much as possible about your
business case and requirements in order to propose the best technical solution. Of course,
preparing effort estimations on the basis of your already available documentation is also
possible. Our Business Process based on five easy straight forward steps.
STEP 1: You describe your project, we ask questions, and listen to you until we understand
you and your
business requirements thoroughly.
As a rule, a client provides the materials that are necessary for project implementation.
Ideally it will be a complete specification for the project. In this case our specialists
read the
specification and elaborate it (discusses with a client any unclear parts and come out with
suggestions, etc.). Nevertheless we realize that in some cases the clients are not able to
create a complete specification for the task (lack of time, etc). If that is so, our
specialists
will be glad to create the specification interacting with a customer (the client receives a
number of questions and proposals; and we will create the complete specification using the
provided answers).
STEP 2: We think, work hard, and lose sleep to craft ideas for your project plan.
After obtaining the specification that is suitable for both sides, our specialists will
provide
the project estimate (the required budget and timeframe). Also the project implementation
plan will be created (the dates for project implementation start and finish, the dates when
intermediate versions will be ready, etc.).
If the created project estimate and working plan are suitable for the client, the project
implementation will be started

STEP 3: Our team of experts applies the best practices and the right technology to execute
your plan.
This phase takes 70-80% of a project time, and it requires the minimum attention from a
client.
As the exact project specification exists and the project budget and implementation plan are
submitted, a customer receives the information of the project development.
We believe that it is convenient for a client to receive a regular report (daily, weekly,
biweekly
or monthly), concerning the project implementation. The client will also receive the
intermediate versions of the project according to the timetable approved in the project
implementation plan.
STEP 4: We test to ensure the solution meets your goals.
The final version is put to three-stage testing, therefore we deliver a very high-quality
product to the customer. If it is needed, our specialists will remotely install and
configure
the created product at the customer’s servers. At this stage we also provide expert training
so you can best utilize the technology.
STEP 5: We continue the dialog by evaluating the solution against your measures of success.
We offers to customers 30 days, when all bugs found by the customer are fixed free of
charge, we can also provide the customer short consultations on/about the project
(concerning source code, etc.), if it is possible.
