In this project i have to do the following tasks: -Transcribing voice messages and then calling them back. -Listen to voice messages on different voice blast crm like freedom voice, call blast etc. Then calling the sellers back and getting additional information for the house. -Post ads on different classified websites. -Searching Buyers and Sellers. -Getting more detail information from buyers and sellers via cold calling -Searching properties on classified website FSBO. -Compiling leads and calling the sellers and getting more information about the property they want to sell. -Running comps on properties. -making offers and sending them offer via email, fax or calling the motivated sellers and telling them offer. -Negotiating the asking price. -Maintaining daily report on Google doc and call logs. -Following up with the Sellers. -MLS Knowledge -Pull up comps through MLS - Sound knowledge regarding Wholesaling, lease purchase and short sale. -Setting appoitment
