Simple Architecture for store front

Joevan delivered as promised. I asked for changes, and he made them without incident. His architectural skills are strong. It's a good idea to show him images of what you want. This will help him leap over any cultural gaps that may exist between the Philippines and the US. I would definitely hire him again.
