I've been using Freelancer since it began (and various other sites before it did!). I use Freelancer mainly as an Employer over the last several years as I now own several businesses and always need work done. I am a programmer myself but I do not do graphics and as such, that is generally when I turn to Freelancer! I pay conservatively at first until I get to know people but thereafter I pay at current levels or highers. I believe strongly in rewarding good work. Honesty, Loyalty, Hard working are the things I look for when I seek out Freelancers to do work for me. In return you can deal with an Employer you can trust! All the best
