This form was created based on a very old form which was difficult to understand or follow. The design used was guided by a forms template developed by me for Bankwest.
Tentang Saya
I have been a graphic designer for the past 9 years and have also performed administration roles throughout this time. My passion includes template-driven design work, layouts and large text-heavy documents. Some might say this is the boring stuff in the design world, but I really enjoy finishing something, ready for print or publication. I do also enjoy creating logos, brochures, invitations and posters. Attention to detail is my strength as well as proof-reading. I also enjoy administrative tasks and bookkeeping.
