Winery and SPA Hotel
This is a project of a SPA hotel and winery. They are situated in the middle of wine yards. There are many mineral spring in this area. The hotel and the winery are 70km far from the capital city of Bulgaria - Sofia and also at the foot of the mountain. There are used modern materials for the facade, such as concrete with fiberglass and transparent photovoltaics. The winery produces 140 000 liter red wine per year. The hotel has 36 rooms and 12 apartments. There is a huge SPA center with mineral water on its ground floor.
