Factory Shift Planner based on priority hours and others
4 level of sorting is done to finalize the shift plan for the next cycle. 1) Priority hours >25 allowed workers to choose Priority option 2) If two or more workers choose priority or prefer then sorting to be based on how much priority or prefer hours they have earned or number of years they have worked in the farm. 3)Sorting to be real-time, any changes in the number of hours will change the planed list.
