With years of experience as a Customer Service Supervisor and a Digital Marketer I am passionate about customer service and it all started, prior to my freelancing career, when I got employed at a social enterprise company, focused on natural skin care products. Being a creative person, I have developed my love for visual arts and writing.This is the reason why I pursued and earned a degree in Creative Writing from the University of the Philippines. I have learned how to use Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other photo and video editing tools to create graphic design which I use in marketing and social media platforms. My love for writing also opened doors for me in digital marketing - creating web content, social media posts, articles, video scripts, and business email. I have worked as a Content writer and Social Media Specialist in an office-based BPO company before I shifted to freelancing.
