The project was quite challenging; however, Kung managed it very nicely. At the beginning, using a remote desktop he came on my PC and started to troubleshoot the problem from there. He was always on time for these sessions. Afterward, the problem got more complicated and used to set weekly appointment and Kung reported me what he had done and what is left. Everything was clear and I never felt that I am out of the loop. To check the final result, he provided his personal host and I used to make a to do list for him and he manage them on time. I recommend Kung to everyone who is looking for a reliable and dedicated person who does what he promises.
