I provide technology services and advice to small-medium-sized businesses and start-ups. Services include software development, security assessment, and cloud hosting configuration. I have been a professional Software Engineer for over 15 years and a computer security hobbyist for longer. C and Perl were the first serious languages I learned in middle school. The site design is using [TailwindCSS](https://tailwindcss.com/) with some plugins, this CSS Framework improves on older frameworks in how classes are organized and reused so that they are easy to understand and use.
The backend API portion of this site is using [GraphQL](https://graphql.org/) as it's application programming interface.
The specific implementation of GraphQL is achieved using Rust, Actix, Juniper, and Diesel.
[Actix](https://actix.rs/) is the web application framework used for responding to web requests sent to the api endpoint.
