I am Bachelor in Mass Communications graduate in the University of the City of Manila, Philippines, took up units in English Proficiency and Instruction, Communication, General Semantics, etc. In 2007 has finished Basic Italian Language in Languages Internationale. I took up Masters in Communication in 2013 (undergraduate). I previously worked as a Customer Service Rep and eventually became Technical Support Representative for Verizon Online DSL in the USA for 4 years. Earned certificate and training on ACE (Accent and Conversational English)Skills. Being a TSR for Verizon – we mainly dealt with internet connection, identifies issues for no sync, no route, intermittent connection and other network related issues. Some related troubleshooting steps to resolved customer issues were email problem using MS Outlook/Outlook Express, installing and supporting Verizon Internet Security Suite has took place as per process during 4 years of service. I worked as a Customer Services Agent/Live Chat Support using FUSION KAYAKO for Forex Services, Customer Services Administrator via Zendesk (for a few months on a project-based account) and an Administrative Assistant (outside Upwork) in a private broadcasting network. Also, I used to be a part time Online virtual assistant for a real estate tasks/broker in Florida for quite sometime. If I also have some spare time and when things needed me to sell some real estate property in my country, I also have served as a real estate sales person offline in my local country. My most recent work has been a freelance Live Chat Support Representative in a US company for 6 years. I do believe that every day is a learning process; I am very flexible, client focus and have the right attitude towards team work and cooperation. Effective communications, integrity and initiative towards work also exist in my personality. I have the ability to evaluate information and able to handle well multi-tasking. I am a very hardworking and dedicated person. Willingness to learn and positive attitude towards work are of my best characters that will suit well with this role.
