Pixaloca is meant to serve, on the one hand, movie producers in need of an easy, direct, efficient access to ever more locations fit to shoot advertisments, movies, photographs or even to organise events. On the other hand, to owners willing to rent in all privacy, a real estate asset to producers always seeking new locations. This project was built from scratch using a set of popular open source (Ruby on Rails and jQuery) plugins to speed up development, reduce development costs while providing a high level of features.
