My previous and current positions have included team training, writing knowledge bases and meeting team-oriented deadlines as well as solving client issues under high workload and team up closely with our Operations Management, Vendor Management and other stakeholders. While operating in chats, replying to tickets and answering calls, I had to find a suitable approach to each and every client from tech-savvy ones to product newcomers. Based on their requests I have processed deep tech inquiries, which required website and hosting server troubleshooting, as well as offered general guidance and presales information. Recently, I have picked up the basics of HTML and CSS too. As a team leader I have trained new employee teams, given lectures, provided personalized QA and employee evaluation. Other tasks I performed included internal knowledge base editing and updating. I am always proactive and well organized because time management is my highest priority.
