• Checking / maintaining all books of accounts like: – Purchase, Sales, Cash, Receipts, and Payment Books etc. • Maintaining outstanding due to/ from the suppliers reconciling. • Vendor mgmt. & developing, billing & payment processing. • Wrote and distributes employee and contractor cheques. • Dealing with banks to control day to day bank balances and issue of cheques. • Deduction of TDS, issue of TDS certificates and preparation of Quarterly/ Annual Returns & Vendor TDS Certificate.
