Mohammed Safwat (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Mohammed Safwat did not do so. Mohammed Safwat received $50 for the work they completed and the remaining funds in escrow were returned to Brenfiddle (the employer).
