This is the 4.0 version of the software and was created after another change in Evaluation and Taxation Laws. I created the software from scratch because, the other versions of this software were not using databases, I wanted to improve myself and my programming skills. The Programming environment I have used for this version is Microsoft Office Access 2003 The software in all his versions was a big help in explaining the customers how the taxes are calculated. The skins were a success too.
