Order Processing Tool
Order taking and processing tool, which is used for regular collection of orders (stationery, company's products with discount, etc.) from ~200 employees of company. It can import price-list from external Excel-file, can generate 3 reports which enable further order processing, can export order table to Excel spreadsheet. Created using Excel 2003, VBA, Access. Extremely simple to manage. Stabilly being used since 2009. Saves plenty of work of office administrator who needed to do all this staff manually before the tool was developed.
Extensive (10+ years) experience of MS Excel / Access / VBA applications design and development for various business purposes. Automation of business processes in Sales, Logistics, Finance, HR, Marketing areas for small business as well as Fortune 500 companies. Solid understanding of business. Practical experience in managing sales operations and planning functions in multinational companies. Successful experience of SAP implementation (Supply Chain Planning functionality).
