I was a customer service representative for a big US telecommunications company, I handled multiple customer queries, updated customers' account information and subscription, troubleshot customers' devices and transferred customers to the right department whenever needed.
I also have an experience as a technical support representative for an internet service provider and a satellite TV.
I always make sure that I am able to resolve all of the customers' stated and unstated issues. I believe that as a CSR/TSR, I should always do the extra mile for customers. I know that one of the reasons why a customer stays or leaves is because of customer service. If customers receive good customer service, then they know that they are truly valued, and in return, they will be more loyal to the company.
