To whom it may concern: I am a Software Engineer/Manager with nearly 30 plus years of experience. I am educated in Computer Science and Engineering. I have also acquired a good amount of experience with different technologies from additional self-directed education. The majority of my experience has been with Microsoft-based technologies including the newer .NET technologies. Note: I have extensive experience with pre .NET technologies from Microsoft including COM/DCOM (ActiveX) and MFC. Along with my technical experience, I have also had the opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience with management of projects and software development teams. I have also been doing contractual work for the past 10 years where I had to help in directing and indicating direction of engineering activity to achieve client goals. As a self-employed contractor, I have had to deal with evaluating potential opportunities and preparing submissions for contract review. I have worked on many different types of projects and in many different domains. I have learned different techniques concerning software processes and effective development strategies. This includes fast-paced strategies where time is highly limited to processes that require the need to follow a highly monitored methodology due to adherence to regulatory boards. I have developed a complete trading system on my own.
