Promised us the world, then managed our expectations by promising less. Not as skilled or experienced as he led us to believe. We had already paid more than 50% of the agreed amount when he had conceded defeat. We hoped to have another freelancer pick up where he left off, but were advised by multiple bidders that only 10-15% of the work could be reused.
