Need 1000 unique daily visitors on my hotel site

RaiFraz7 did some work on the project, but the requirements were never met. RaiFraz7 kept asking me to transfer more money and more money upfront... I had transfered 50% of the money after some of the work was done, although none of the requirements (that were clearly stated in the project description) were met. RaiFraz7 filed a dispute over the other 50% which he won because the e-mail from Freelancer ended up in my spamfolder... RaiFraz7 clearly overestimated this project and had no idea how to come even close to the required number of visitors. Communication was very slow and short. Would not recommend this freelancer.
