I have many years of experience in the IT industry. Over the years I have managed computer services, customer support, networking, development, & administrative services for computer companies ranging from small privately owned businesses to well established enterprise level corporations. I have a solid amount of troubleshooting & technical support experience, both in person & via telephone. I am very knowledgeable in the design, implementation, & repair of various networking technologies, including those that entail cross-platform connectivity such as Linux & Unix. I have also developed & maintained numerous websites, & am familiar with many web functions, development environments, & multiple programming languages. I am highly experienced in database design, implementation, & the on-going maintenance using several database platforms. I am very knowledgeable of all versions of Windows, as well as a solid working knowledge of Macintosh OS X, Linux, Novell, & Solaris Unix.
