I have over 21 years of experience in the software and telecommunications industry. I have been a Manager (handling small and large size teams, while specializing in offshore management of developers and designers worldwide (Malaysia, Ukraine, India, China, USA and Costa Rica). I was a Software Architect, Project Manager, Software Analyst and Senior Software Engineer with Intel Corporation (dealing with Object Oriented Programming, enterprise and n-tier designs, utilizing UML and Agile Methodologies like Scrum and Extreme Programming) and as a Senior Software Developer with a Microsoft Corporation Services Vendor as well (working with Microsoft technologies like Share Point and .Net working with new implementations and methodologies for the development process like MS Dynamics CRM, Continuous Integration and Extreme Programming and Scrum). Also I'd worked for several companies in Costa Rica (working with C++, Visual C++, Data flex, PowerBuilder, PHP, Perl, Java and .NET (C# and ASP.Net)). I'm always learning new technologies and exploring fresh opportunities, as is reflected in my educational history. I have a B.S. degree in Computer Information Systems from one of the most prestigious University in Costa Rica and a B.S. degree as an Accountant. I'm currently starting my higher degree in Information Systems and finishing his training to obtain Microsoft Professional Certifications, MS CRM Application Certification and my PMP degree in the Project Management Institute.
