Multi-Core Banking: is comparison between performance of two mechanism (STM and Locks) for Cooncurrency. I have simulated millions of Banking Transactions to execute in parallel on multi-core machines. The two mechanisms have been implemented in Java (for the Lock-based system) and in Clojure (for the Software Transactional Memory).
