I currently work as a part of the SRE team within Linkedin, in mission-critical role of ensuring that complex, web-scale systems are healthy, monitored, automated, and designed to scale for optimal user experience. This role demands a deep knowledge of both the application stack as well as the behavior of customer facing products, automation as it is a key component to operating a large-scale system, problem solving from the network all the way through the application stack, in a complex multi-tier environment having 70,000 servers, more than 400 million users and about 480k average client connections per minute.
