Developing a deep knowledge of the Skalex SaaS product offerings and all its components. Taking ownership of product development and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Utilizing stakeholder input to create detailed concise feature requirements (User stories). Working closely with Scrum master and development team to prioritize, plan, and execute the strategy and roadmap.

Onboarding and Exchange Setup: Communicate customer requirements to developers, oversee the progress of exchange setup, testing and deployment of fully functional exchange. Project management: Analyzing and understanding the current issues with the client’s exchange environment, communicating the issues with developers, working towards providing resolution.

Sales support: Providing product demo and detailed product information to hot leads. Collecting requirements, formulating quotations. Finalizing contract, Customer on-boarding.
