He is incompetent to do our work! The sample provided by him was exactly what we needed, therefore, we chosen him. We have provided him EIGHT topics (20 articles in 4 days). First day, he delivered five articles and said he was unfamiliar with TWO topics. The second day he has delivered only one article and said he was unfamiliar with another THREE topics. And, on the third day (late evening) after my following up, he said that he was unfamiliar with another ONE topic! We have wasted our time for this project in working with him.
