  “STAY AWAY FROM HIM. It was my worst nightmare to work with this freelancer. He just wants easy money without doing anything. Before awarding the project, I asked him that did he understands the project and he said YES. I told him that I will send him the detailed requirements later. He was agreed so I awarded the project and created a milestone. But when I sent him the project requirements he starts complaining and want to increase the project cost even I eliminated 1/3 of the project functionality. I told him that I cannot increase the project budget but if he showed me good results and quality work then I will pay him bonus on top of project cost. But his mind was set to get money from me without doing anything. My advice to all the available employers is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS FREELANCER. I will NEVER recommend him and will NEVER HIRE HIM AGAIN.”
