Effort Staging by Saurav Sharma
These projects are based on different briefs, the first project was based on sustainable fashion. These products were displayed in the Ethical Fashion Show held at Paris in 2012. which talks about creating small souvenirs from waste or leftovers fabrics. It promoted slow fashion with the idea of consuming less is more. The other images are from the ramp show, and the theme was based on Judas Kiss. Hence, with a different perspective the project challenges the normal contours of the human body. The last few images are from a styling project. Where inspiration was drawn from every teenager's stories.
About Me
Saurav Sharma is a fashion and communication designer by profession but a storyteller by heart. He has a unique perspective about design via history, myths and folktales. He is pursuing his research from IIT, Guwahati, India in the area of visual cognitive ergonomics. Perhaps, with his subtle ethnographic and design understanding, he might be able to offer something simple yet effective design solutions with intriguing narratives in the background.
