Business Banking Manager
Generate new business clients for seventeen branches located in the Milwaukee area. Service and cross sell products to existing business customers. Generate loans and establish new business relationships to TCF Business Banking on a monthly basis. Sales environment with high but achievable goals. Individual based position with direction but must be focused and self-motivated.
Proactive outbound calling to generate new business to increase net accounts. Oversee branch staff on sales, operations, and customer service. Meet expectations of aggressive sales goals by creating a team motivated environment. Meet and exceed expectations operationally by following stated policies and procedures and being consistent. Numerous reporting daily, weekly, and monthly to assure goals are maintained. Interview, hire, and perform corrective action responsibilities within staff members. Keep positive morale both with customers and staff. Support banking center with daily functions as needed in all job positions.
AM Shift Supervisor (Telemarketing)
Oversee, motivate, and direct call center to meet structured sales goals. Train, coach, and develop call center staff of 25-30 employees. Complete numerous reports daily to keep up with sales, attendance, and special projects. Weekly meetings and updates with peer group at the Milwaukee Journal to discuss marketing, sales, promotions, and special projects. Build rapport with staff and management within company.
Assistant Banking Center Manager
Oversee banking center staff on daily operations including achieving challenging sales goals and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy. Coach staff with daily interactions, career development, and disciplinary situations. Budget, analyze, and distribute data to upper management and employees to preserve expectations for the benefit of the customer, the company, and its employees. Ability to use interpersonal skills for employee interactions, customer interactions, and management interactions. Extremely detail oriented and organized keeping very specific charts, graphs, and legal documents. Keep self and staff up to date accordingly on policies and procedures and products and services. Utilize problem-solving techniques while dealing with complex employee issues and customer interactions. Perform all auditing for branch keeping up on regulatory issues and compliance. Security coordinator who held quarterly meetings as well as all security training in house.

Coach staff daily with interaction, career development, and disciplinary situations. Use interpersonal skills with employees, customers, and upper management. Extremely organized at keeping and maintaining specific charts, graphs, and documentation. Utilize management training to deal with complex customer complaints. Train staff from reactive approach to a proactive approach through previous management training.
