Project description # Project Goal The company had Fleet products to explore the overseas market. But lack of product documentation for the sales team/marketing team/ customer. The target of this project is to provide English documentation that is suitable for global customers. # My Role Manager of this overseas documentation project, also a translator of this project # Solution 1. Define the project scope - Documentation includes product introduction, user guide, quick start, brochure, whitepaper - Because the software product kept on evolution, the document should keep the pace with the software upgrade, which means each version of the software should have a version of the documentation 2. Define the working process - define the timeline and acceptance criteria for the Chinese version of documentation because it is the source of global documentation - define the translating process to translate the document into English - define the auditing process to ensure translate qualit
