Our base off-site rate is 10$/hour, but it is a subject of discussion. We will be responsible for full lifetime project cycle, including software model design, implementation, management, testing and support. We can provide design services (Web/Flash) on request. Our main platform is *nix/PHP-Perl-C/Mysql-Posgress. We possess our own hosting site with professional administrator support. We also provide an offshore UNIX tech/admin support (see [login to view URL]). We are ready to accept your policy in versioning, bugtracking and project tracking, we've got our solid experience in project management.
