Terry took a special, personal interest in my project. Prior to my accepting his bid, he discussed the requirements heavily with me to make sure we both understood each other and he even developed a limited protoype of the original project. Other workers were saying it would take weeks to program the special math functions my project would require; Terry showed he could finish it before the bidding had even ended. Although the accepted work later became this prototype (due to issues on my end), I have no doubt that he could have easily completed the project to its original specifications at a fair price. Bottom line, Terry is open-minded, flexible, and knows how to communicate. I would recommend him without hesitation.
