The portal was developed to assist in centralized billing and data usage monitoring for local school lab's connected via GSM 3G network. The system is able to track bandwidth usage live and show it in a graph based view (using HighCharts & AJAX) I fully developed it using PHP + MySql and Bootstrap for design, no PHP frameworks were used.
