My job profile involves handling Maintaining Employees career life cycle data in Workday for various clients. Workday HCM is a cloud-based human resource management software system that unifies a wide range of HR functionality into a single system. The software provides benefits, talent management, payroll, time-tracking, compensation, workforce planning and recruiting.
I’m responsible for settling daily pay of employees. Working on Pay Impact Reports for various clients which affects daily pay of employees. (Setting different type of deduction in pay- check of employee). Excellent Knowledge of Working on Enterprise Interface Build-up (EIB) and Integration Reports. Maintenance and creation of Workday Supervisory Organizations, Locations, Positions, Cost Centers, and Cost Center hierarchies. Knowledge of Working on EIB’s.
Solely responsible for Audit activities, while auditing activity miss-out can lead to escalation and that will impact employee life cycle of Pay.
