We provide virtual support for customers based all over the globe. We have currently worked with UK and US based customers wherein we troubleshoot computer and network related issues. We provide support over the phone as well as using remote utility tools which has proven to be very helpful as it saves time and is very cost effective. We have configured network at Haslingfield The Village Shop which is in UK, one of our many projects.

I am a hard and smart worker and have worked my way hard to reach where I am. When I started my own business I was troubleshooting computers and were a total computer solution firm. The dynamic computer industry kept on demanding for more and I kept on upgrading myself to meet its requirements. I ventured into the network field wherein we gained great success which till date makes me feel proud of. Our competition was with the ISP giants but still we managed to do well all because of our dedication, hard work and the expertise we have in our field. I started alone, but now we are a team of 7 each expert in its own field. I have also started virtual assistance, wherein we rectify computer, network issues and network configuration remotely giving tech support over the phone as well as using certain utility tools which help us accomplish our tasks.
