SQL Procedure and Query - MS SQL Server

I have 10 years experiene in database developments and SQL query. This one is fairly challenging procedure, for which the result needed to be in a specific table structure which I achived by use of loops and temporary tables in the procedures. Attached the requirement and the image of the code created.
About Me
I am a 10 years experienced developer with good knowledge in Excel Macros and VBA programming . I also have got excellent skill in complex MS SQL querys, stored procedures, views,triggers and database operations. I have 7 + years experience in creating reports in SAP crystal reports.
