I worked with a team of approximately 10 other Technical Writers to document the policies and procedures of 12 disciplines (departments). These policies and procedures were formatted into documents and uploaded to an online Learning Management System. In addition, my team created over 6000 peices of training material including, but not limited to, the following: * Audio Documents * Training Videos * Online Training Courses * Training Manuals * Training Courses * Live Training Events * Writing Web Content I was groomed for management in this results-driven environment where priorities were everchanging. Multi-tasking was a must, and there was nothing that fit outside the realm of one's job description.
