Here is the center fold portion
Two designs. 1- you could use it as the standard brochure with the text version or without it. 2- the creative part is the scones flap is it hides the menu inside and high lights the Main pictures. It took me sometime to come up with this as you said to focus on pics. I hope you like it sir.

This is good, without the text menu...names on photos are enough.. can you do the foldable part (scones) on the both sides, from the left side exactly like the scones foldable page now, plus one more one on the right side.?

or.... the foldable page can cover the whole flyer...I mean one foldable page to cover all the paper. can you show it or play more with it?. thanks
