you asked for choosing among 2 themes.according to my design experience i suggest you http://houzez.co/ Reasons: * at first glance the Beyot seems over-colored but a business site should be formal color like black,white, blue. *secondly the Beyot seems crowd of content but houzez seems flexible organised contents. * but there is problem in mobile version of Houzez . watch the attached image the header serchbar must be modify with a search icon so that the search bar popup on-click on the icon. else it will cover half of the whole screen of the mobile. & you asked for some more suggestion . firstly i don't like wordpress, i suggest raw & framework coded design & development.cause * WordPress will let you do website with low budget with available themes and plugins. but if you want make a new themes or plugins with your choice then it will cost very high. in contrary you can handle every pixel and logic of a website with raw and framework based design & development with medium budget.
