I mean to say, is it possible that I can make changes to the word documents if needed and then I lock it again so that no one else can make any changes?

ok... In case if I want to make any changes to the word doc like phone no. e-mail ID etc, can I do it?

Hello, If you want to be un-editable, I'll do it. This is easy for me. It won't be hazy. You can write on. It cannot be changed. Cannot be edited. Cannot be deleted. Like your "Feature world v1" word files. Best Regards

pls note that the word doc should be un-editable like the one attached with the project description i.e. 1). It should not look hazy like when we place a header or footer in a word document. 2). It should appear in same in next pages of the document too... The purpose of the word doc would not be to take a print out, but to send information via email where no one can edit or remove the logo etc.. from the doc...
