I did the changes you recommended. In the branches I used a sketch of earth, a sketchy shell, and a sketch of clouds for the element of wind. Fire is depicted in flames that overpass the tree. Enjoy. Waiting for feedback.

If you are able to do one without the elements, just the tree, coloured bar and wording, I would like to see what that would look like. I am also trying to think practice, when the logo has to be used in B/W. I will then run your ideas past my fellow directors for their thoughts. Thank you for your time and efforts. :-)
